7.0The property was very clean and smelling nice. What they advertised on booking.com is what you see when you get there. It was like I was at home and the place is very quiet. The owner Dineo was always phone call away when you need her, she even gave us an alternative number in case we can’t find her. Bed were very comfortable and clean

We had a really good stay and the location was great. Very secure with strict security at gate.

− Unit requires some maintenance and the bed in the 2nd Bedroom is need of replacement. 2nd room also needs a mirror, this would add to the functionality of the room. The main bathroom needs a rack as there's no place to put toiletries etc. The toilet mechanism also needs to be serviced.
Terrible Disappointment
1.0Location was good
− It was filthy. Very dusty. Fridge, microwave, lounge couch and washing machine were very dirty. The lounge floor rug was very dirty. Dirty toothbrush left in the bathroom. Bedroom wardrobe shelves were occupied with blankets, fans, linen not sorted properly with hardly any space to put our clothes. There was hair in the passage and kitchen floor. The kettle lid couldn't close, the broom cupboard could close because it was overly packed. There were 2 pots one of which was very dirty and the lid had no lifter to lift it off with. Coffee There was 68 units of electricity for the 5 days I had booked. I called the owner within 10-15 minutes of my arrival at around 15h00 requesting a refund as I had booked what I saw on Booking.Com as per reviews as clean as it appeared, not what I saw on the day of my arrival. I was travelling alone from afar and needed to find alternate accommodation before dark. He refunded only 50% of my money after 17h00. Unfortunately I ran out of storage on my phone and couldn't take more pictures. The pictures taken don't do justice to what the eye saw.
