Location was great!

− Parking under condo was very tight

Everything was great except for having problems with the oven and not having shampoo.

The location was great and the apartment was very nice.

− Our oven didn't want to stay on when I tried to bake something. I had to turn the top burners on to get the bottom element to work and the top element of the oven didn't work except on broil. We also forgot to bring shampoo and had to go buy some.

The layout of room was nice. Nice view.

− The stairs. We are older. 3 flights carrying luggage and groceries.

NIce little condo for 4-6 people. Clean, comfy and great beach and Lighthouse Access.

Location was perfectly located for access to the north beach, and the Lighthouse and museum. The condo was a nice two bedroom, appointed in a beach theme. It had good size for the four of us, a decent kitchen and appliances, and two decent bathrooms. the view across the inlet to the Savannah was wonderful, and we saw many ships, especially some big cargo container ships on multiple days. Overall, very clean and everything was in good working condition. Plenty of strong hot water for showers, nice dishes and well outfitted kitchen. Good heat and A/C. Nice TVs, and some games to play stored under the coffee table. It was nice and quiet. Two great pools, though the weather was not conducive to using them. Entry codes were easy to sue, and online communications for entry, exit, etc. was great. We would stay here again, depending on price.

− Top of the refrigerator was really dirty, and we cleaned it. Furniture is showing some wear and tear, stains, etc., but was clean and usable. Ceiling above the two bed/bathroom needs attention. There may be a roof water leak. Ice maker leaks at the back, and freezes ice together. There is no elevator, so carrying suitcases or groceries up requires a little work. Stairs are pretty narrow, so people with larger feet need to take care.

It was a very nice unit. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable and quiet.

− The location of our particular unit had a beach access through a lot of tall grass and weedy area. No fault of the owners at all but we were a little concerned about the snakes. We found access further down that was less this way.
