5.0La posizione vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, il parcheggio disponibile. La presenza di giochi da tavolo per i bambini e carte da gioco. Molto fornita di vettovaglie anche se le pentole sono da sostituire. Il balcone è comodo
− Zona molto rumorosa per la presenza del Palaghiaccio che attira molti adolescenti tanto chiassosi fino a tardissima notte. La casa poteva essere più pulita, è piena di oggetti molto impolverati. I rubinetti gocciolano in continuazione e non è facile regolare la temperatura dell' acqua per l'assenza dei miscelatori(ci sono 2 rubinetti).
