7.0Sistemul de incalzire, terasa si vederea către munte din dormitoare.
− Instalațiile de la baie erau defecte, boilerul nu facea fata pentru mai mult de un dus, un miros persistent in zona de living, nu a venit nimeni sa schimbe niște becuri sau sa facă o minima curățenie sau sa schimbe prosoapele. Curățenia nu era cea mai buna, eu fiind destul de exigent. Liftul nu funcționa... etc

5.0Clean apartment in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the Gondola.
− The maintenance level in the apartment is poor, and the rental company’s service is not really functioning. One of the living-room shutters is broken, the curtain rod was loose and fell on the first day, several light bulbs throughout the apartment don’t work, and the radiator in the bathroom didn’t work either. When we tried to contact Alex, he answered the phone once and then consistently ignored us. Every message we sent afterward in Booking’s chat got a positive-sounding written response, but in practice they did nothing to provide even a minimal solution to the problems. At some point the elevator also started having issues, apparently its operation was locked with an internal code, and the company’s support did nothing about that either (except to claim they “forwarded it to the technical team”), which made it very difficult for us to bring our suitcases down at check-out. In summary: an inexpensive apartment in a good location, but with this level of maintenance and a complete lack of service, we won’t be coming back.
