Отличное расположение. До всех достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Очень спокойное место. Легко и удобно добраться. Хозяин был очень внимательный. Всегда был готов ответить на все вопросы. Апартаменты теплые, комфортные для проживания и очень чистые. Есть два вида подушек. В зависимости от предпочтений, более мягкие или более плотные. Матрас очень удобный. В целом, мы остались очень довольны выбором. С удовольствием, вернемся еще.

Très belle chambre, spacieuse, et bon petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Termini, ce qui est très pratique à l’arrivée comme au départ lorsqu’on arrive en train depuis l’aéroport. De nombreux restaurants au pied de l’établissement et à 5 minutes à pieds. Le centre historique est accessible en 15 à 20 minutes à pied, et de nombreux transports en commun (métro et bus) se trouvent à proximité. La communication avec les hôtes (très sympathiques) est très fluide et agréable, ce qui permet d’organiser son arrivée en toute sérénité. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages en consigne est également un vrai plus. Un très bon séjour, je recommande

A very convenient location near the train station, just a few metres away from the fantastic Santa Maria Maggiore Church. Everything was very clean, and we could leave our luggage after check-out - a big thanks for that! Easy and good communication with the host.

Our stay at B&B L'Esquilina in Rome was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The hosts were incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and professional. What impressed us the most was that they contacted us the day before our arrival to make sure everything was going smoothly and to coordinate our check-in. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued as guests even before we arrived. When we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome. The room was beautiful, cozy, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. All the amenities and services made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is another fantastic advantage! The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Roma Termini station, making it very simple to reach upon arrival. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring Rome, with convenient access to public transportation, major attractions, restaurants, and other places of interest. Getting around the city from here was incredibly easy and convenient. We were especially grateful that the hosts kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them, giving us the freedom to explore Rome comfortably and without any worries. Traveling as a mother and daughter, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to us, and we felt completely safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. It is clear that they genuinely care about their guests and put their hearts into making everyone feel at home. Every thoughtful detail contributed to making our experience truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend B&B L'Esquilina to anyone visiting Rome! The beautiful and comfortable accommodation, excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional hospitality make this place a wonderful choice.
