7.0Good customer service and nice people, room and hotel were clean and cozy. nice restaurant and breakfast. The thermal suite is good only I would include it as well in the starting price, for at least 1 hour complementary.
− Sauna in Leisure was out of order, I would expect they would fix this fast as it's included on the price, which was not cheap.
