Great location - very clean and having 2 balconies was a real bonus. Collected from the port which helped which included a guided tour of lavidia re shops etc

− The shower could be better but appreciate water flow can be difficult...

Πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης, τέλεια τοποθεσία, πολύ άνετο και καθαρό κατάλυμα. Επίσης υπήρχε ημερήσιος καθαρισμός του δωμάτιου. Γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα:)

− Η κουζίνα θα μπορούσε να είναι εξοπλισμένη με κάποια βασικά όπως σφουγγάρι, σαπούνι για τα πιάτα, ελαιόλαδο κτλπ.

Excellent studio apartment in great location

Super room especially kitchen area. Large Balcony front and rear so sun or shade as required and great views both ways. Spotlessly clean,towels and bedding changed regularly. Good, central position. Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner.

A convenient and good value studio for a stay on Tilos - good views of the ferries coming in.

Small and simple studio very close to central square and bus stop in Livadhia . The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped with an oven, hob and fridge with a decent freezer. The studio is set back from the sea but there was a small balcony with sea view. It was pretty quiet - although Livadhia is not a noisy resort. The cleaning of the studio was excellent we had regular clean towels and sheets and bins were also regularly emptied.

− It is not clear from the photographs that there is an adjacent building very close to the balcony. We got used to this and we could improve the view by moving the table but it was a surprise when we first arrived.
