9.0Everything was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, good pillows. We loved the giant jetted tub! Complimentary breakfast was really good and my husband and I used the coffee station at the front doors, often - it was much appreciated. The restaurant had pretty decent pizza as well.
− Just a small issue, but the carpet was separating from the tile near the door of our room and the sharp pieces were sticking out of the threshold. I kept stepping on it.
A very friendly, convenient and comfortable stop on the way to Jasper National Park.
9.0The "continental breakfast" included scrambled eggs, choice of sausage/bacon/farmer's sausage, toast and coffee. The wait staff was extremely friendly and engaging. You were not rushed through your meal. The front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly.
− Although we requested our rooms to be close to each other, (we booked 2 rooms), we were placed in rooms at opposite ends of the hall. It was not really an issue.
