Very comfortable property for groups of 6 - 8 people. Felt like home to us. For a family that loves the outdoor and BBQ's this was ideal. Close walk to the beach, stores and fish truck (our favourite meal in Safety Beach). Location a stones throw from the Mornington Peninsula wineries (big bonus for wine lovers). Property had all the extra utensils and items you'd find in any well equipped home. Beds super-comfy, quite rooms, very clean throughout, great entertaining spaces, loved the centre island for breakfast and preparing meals. We wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend and will certainly revisit next time.

Perfect for a family gathering

This accomodation suited our needs very well for a large group of. The place was clean and ready earlier than expected. In particular the kitchen was very well equipped for us to cater for our needs. It was Easter weekend and there is not a lot around the safety beach area in the way of cafes and restaurants therefore we came prepared for cooking. It was a quiet residential location and the owner communicated very well.

The property exceed our expectations.

The property exceed our expectations. In particular the 2 ensuite bathrooms. This meant that everyone had their own place to prepare for a wedding we were attending. The property was immaculate, quiet and comfortable.

I'd already booked for another date before this stay and so happy that I have! It's great!!

The written instructions we received for entering the property were clear and concise, so easy to follow and to access the property. Thank you.

− There was nothing to dislike, although, personally I do love a top sheet but there wasn't one! Everything else was well presented, well organised and well thought out.

House was perfect, lots of space, everything thought of(toys for kids, high hairs, extra tv room, plenty of extra blankets, beds, extra mattress under bed, pull out couch). Fantastic location, would definitely be a hit during summer! A little getaway during winter for us but still great spot! Even had a great little backyard for the kids to run around.

− Only thing I can fault was place had a musty smell to it but once used and windows opened wasn’t bad and windows dirty but other then that was great.
