3.0Location is very good accessible. Lots of eatery stall available. Convenient store there are a fews. Shopping mall just a walking distance away
− Room was not good . It doesn't reflect like what was show in their media platform pages it jus a basic only. And .we were very disappointed cause there no cleaning of room done. According to staff, if stay more than a week only cleaning can be done. We rent 2 bedded apartment for 4 pax. U can't request for extra pillow . Per pax only allows 1 pillow. Towel is not change daily. So stay for 6 days , not allowed for exchange or clean. So ridiculous. Toilet roll through out our stay for 6 days for 4 pax . We were given only 3 rolls .so unbelievable. Call and request but no item was delivered. Wifi is totally and very very bad. Hall wifi once u connect. Room unable to have network.. connection lagging and u have to keep on connect and reconnect . Since no daily cleaning is provided. We requested for broom it was also not given
Good location
7.0Easy access to the unit. Very good location as there are food courts and convenience stores besides the building. Nagoya hill Mall also still in walking distance or u can take grab there. One of the units doorknob is a bit loose and the host arranged a repair immediately after we highlighted.
− I booked 3 unit apartments and 2 kettles fr 2 of the apartments were not working. Unfortunately, host was not able to replace them. So it is very inconvenience when we cannot heat up water to cook instant noodles and make a hot drink during the stay. In future, pls check first if the equipment in the units are working properly b4 the check in time. Pls also provide a guide where to throw rubbish and perhaps prepare broom set so that we can clean a bit during the stay.

− Room is dirty. door also cannot be locked, i was stucked in my room for about 30minutes to wait for their staff to come and bust the door. very disapointing

− I always stay here unfortunately the wifi is some time off, however the customer service is really helpful and giving a couple of new wifi and easy to contact them via what's app.
