9.0The apartment corresponds to the description: two rooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Everything was well organized. The apartment had everything necessary, even a washing machine. Restaurants and small shops were nearby.

7.0The Condo had everything you needed for your stay and was in a very quiet but handy location.
− You have to pay a separate charge for the electricity that you use during your stay. As with all accommodation in Thailand the cleanliness is never 100% but this one was more than acceptable.

Value for money but needs updating
7.0Good location. Apartment is quite spacious Value for money
− Although our apartment was clean, the building as a whole is looking very run down. The roof top pool is a lovely feature BUT it is badly looked after. Shade umbrellas from last year have been removed, the sunbeds are few and shabby. The decking is cracked and the pool itself needs cleaning.

− On arrival, there were a couple of things missing e.g a clothes rack and the TV not working but the property manager addressed our concerns quickly.
