− Location is good and bad. Not all taxis could get right to the door. But this wasn’t a big deal. But the privacy was perfect.

Great location 15mins from airport 5mins from Sarigerme - we always self drive - otherwise you will be tied to taxis. Peaceful area with fabulous views The villa lay-out is really good and makes the most of the open plan space. Inside and out. Nice dinning area inside for 6 and similar out on terrace too Lovely balcony / terrace area with built in BBQ which over looks the pool area, which is huge, very clean and safe with ample beds and seating. The pool system is very good keeping the pool beautifully clean every day. The villa is immaculately clean inside / out with every amenity to make stay as comfortable as possible. Ample bedding and towels for a large family or group of friends. The owner is extremely friendly, attentive and good communications maintained throughout stay. The villa is built into a hill so is in 3 tiers entrance and car park at top then down to villa and then pool is down again. But the design and build is extremely well done all steps and paths well maintained and well lit.

− For us - no negatives at all. we have regularly visited the area for some years now. But people need to be aware that some parts of surrounding areas are still developing and roads, access, amenities etc may not be 100% perfect at all times.But we never seen or heard anyone I would presume this is minimal if at all in the hot summer months.

Being in the hot sun of Turkey the pool was a good size and a godsend to cool off in. The villa was a good size , very clean and modern.. Nice and quiet if that is your thing. But this will be ideal for any family.

− The location was a bit isolated roughly a mile from the centre of sarigirme. ( a £4 taxi ride ) The villa is sat on top of dirt track road and is also neighbouring undeveloped villa's ready to be completed. But these are minor issues that will either bother you or not.

− Didn't realise we were on a building site. Walk to road a bit precarious. No show of pool maintenance through 10 days !

The property was clean when we got there, the pool was immaculate and the location was lovely. Upstairs is spacious, balconies on all bedrooms and the bathrooms/wet rooms were really good too. Overall a really good sized space and would definitely recommend. Mustafa was lovely, helpful when we needed him and WhatsApp was a great option for communication.

− Nothing really, kitchen very well equipped, only suggestion with be perhaps other options for lighting upstairs other than just overhead lights…. Very minor.

Amazing view from the villa with a beautiful lush mountain backdrop. The villa had loads of space with three good size bedrooms with one of them being en suite.All three rooms had a balcony that looks out at the pool below and mountains. Immaculately well kept. The pool was clean and a decent size. The owner Mustapha was a pleasure to deal with, and was always at hand for local advice and contacts. Honestly, I couldn't fault the villa at all. Excellent value for money compared to others out there. 5 minute drive to local beaches and local shopping area.

− Not a criticism of the villa, but the location made it perhaps difficult to walk to and from as its on a steep incline. With a family of five, will need either 2 taxis or a 7 seater to get around as it might be challenging walking to and from the property to surrounding amenities.
