the apartment was really nice and the location was perfect. The apartment is in desperate need of professional management. We spent one and a half hours climbing up the rock only to find the management put castle ROAD on the booking listing not castle STREET which is a pleasant two minute walk from city center and not listed on google maps because it is an alley which is known by other names. I messaged the management company but got no response. I called waded through a ridiculous phone tree only to be cut off as soon as I said I had a problem. Eventually the young property manager came to us and the first words out of his mouth were "This your fault, not mine ". Wrong address in booking, no it's not oh that's booking's fault. No message of correct address, that's my communication company's fault. Seconds before the manager showed up, we got a text explaining that the second apartment address did not exist either. There's no number 6, that's a block number internal to the building. You have to find a sign saying "nock". After all this, the manager argued for five minutes while we repeatedly asked for the door code. He wanted us to go to some message on his phone to read the code. This is only a sampling of the problems this guy caused. But, once we were in the apartment, it wad perfect.

Very neat, very central, loved the patio, very spacious, lovely design and good value for money

− The hot water system needs to be looked at. Couldn't stay warm after 2 showers, my wife and I had to allow the kids have a shower first, while we managed the cold water after that. Secondly the sofar is quite uncomfortable as the cushion is weak

Cockroaches spoilt our stay.

The location is good, if only booking.com would provide the correct address, our day would have been a lot easier.

− We had 2 cockroaches running across the work surface as we were dishing the dinner up. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted the management company straight away it was around 9pm they did answer saying they would get someone to visit. We ended up having 2 visits as the first one didn’t sort them. There is a big lack of items in the kitchen so you can cook in. The sofa very uncomfortable. The running water outside the door 25/7 is mind blowing. We would definitely not say here again. Also there is a very small bedroom with 2 single beds not pictured in your advertising.

Location was amazing. Less then a minute walk and was in the town area. Tons of restaurants near by and good bus routes.
