10.0The building and the flat fit very well with the great historical scenery of Gouda city centre. Is earthly magic as the local culture may be. The place is confortable and organised with taste. The staff balances very well the level of presence, absence and availability. Many thanks.
− The very modern system ok keys is perhaps unnecessary. But it works well.
Great location sleeping arrangement not so good.

− Has no outlook as in windows either frosted glass or looking into next door apartment. Small double bed was most uncomfortable.

9.0The apartment is very centrally located and offers everything required for a short stay. The shower was efficient, we found the bed comfortable. The heating was efficient. Checking in and out was straightforward, communication good. We were here to visit relatives, so did not use the cooking facilities. .
− The bedroom lighting is not bright, though the light position can be moved. Additional pillows would be beneficial.
