7.0Billiards table was fun. Beds were comfy. Loved having the air conditioner. The binder was helpful source of info.
− Pool towels were not provided. It's easier to pack swim suit but towels are too bulky to pack. Kitchen pans and knives were mostly in terrible condition; appeared to be dirty. Grill cooking utensils were not available. Lots of debris in bottom of pool.

10.0The house is spacious and equipped very well. You do not have to worry about showering gel or detergent for the dishwasher, everything was there for our needs. Due to a flight cancellation we could even stay one day longer and that was conveniently organised. Thank you again for everything!
A perfect home to enjoy the Arizona weather. A nice quiet neighborhood and spacious home with a perfect back yard oasis.

Overall I was happy with the place but it was a bit overpriced.
6.0Good safe and quiet neighborhood, but location is close to junction of 101 and 60 so it’s easy access to head off anywhere. Great appliances; everything was clean.
− Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Pool table was a nice surprise but there was NO CHALK for the pool cues and the cues are not great. Pool wasn’t heated which it turns out is essential. Water must have been about 50 degrees! Pool creepy crawlers kept getting stuck and only vacuuming half the pool floor too so it got pretty dirty through the week.
