Nice Family Villa
9.0Nice 3 BDR family villa with all amenities and very comfortable beds. Nice garden views. It comes with the facilities of the compound. We enjoyed our stay.
− It would have been better to have an AC unit in the living room. It gets really hot during the afternoon. We had some noise from the construction going on next door. Also to think about being more flexible with requests concerning late check out. We were not allowed and this was inconvenient as we needed only an hour.

10.0We stayed here and everything was as shown on the bookings website and more. Lots of outdoor and indoor spaces. Swimming pool and access to the beach club with the most amazing sunset views. Quiet residential area in a high briw area of Barbados. First rime staying in a non hotel and totally appreciated the attention to detail from our host. From clean bath and swim towels, kitchen utensils, cleanliness of the house made it a very pleasant stay indeed. Even our cleaner who came in was very polite and friendly. Small shop on site and easy access to everywhere once you have a car. Beautiful spacious home, lovely estate made it an amazing stay! We even had little birds chirping away, nibbling from crumbs of food in the main room. Very calming.

10.0Lovely villa on beautifully maintained estate. Approx. 1 mile walk downhill on road to beaches. We walked down each day and then took a taxi back (bds$30). Villa is well equipped and air conditioning and showers very efficient. Lounge a little dark and sofas not very comfortable but then we were never in there as out all day and terrace furniture and ambience much nicer. We had dinner twice at the clubhouse which was very nice and the pool and views from there are fantastic. Fairmont Beach Club has plenty of comfortable beds and you don't have to pay extra for them. We enjoyed our lunch there too although Jujus along the beach is great too.
− Controls on villa oven have rubbed off so tricky to work out temperature etc.
Perfect stay in Barbados
10.0This is our first time on the island but I doubt we could have had a better accommodation. The rooms are large, the space is well organised, the kitchen has all the necessities and both the property manager and the owner were very nice and helpful. On top of that the whole Sugar hill gated community has wonderful facilities and grounds. Strongly recommend this property for a lovely stay in Barbados.
− There is no A/C unit in the living room and sometimes it got a bit too warm.
5 star "home from home" luxury
10.05 star home from home luxury. Superb location on a very upmarket, safe and secure, private gated estate. Facilities in the property and on the estate (and off with the Fairmont beach club) top draw. The club house was perfect for gym,swim,sundowners and for dinner if you didn't fancy venturing out. Staff in particular were a credit to the establishment and made us feel so welcome. The hosts (the app) and their on-site team, continued the theme, there when needed and delivered. Would thoroughly recommend.
− Nothing to report, you do need a car, but you know that when you book, so no surprise there.

A damage deposit of £500 will be taken from your credit card on arrival. The deposit will be returned 5 days after your departure once the villa has been checked by our property manager. Should any damage be reported, the cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
