Clean, big room, wonderful central location
10.0Lovely big room, very clean, wonderful central location near lots of cafes and shops. Despite being in the square, the windows were well insulated so you really didn’t hear much from the street when the windows were closed. Also loved that there were complimentary snacks, coffee and tea which were refilled each day if you had used some. Would highly recommend staying here.
− Nothing to complain about.
Guest review
8.0The location is good.
− The basin and shower place are pretty small but still acceptable.
Pleasant, clean, somewhat good location if not busy. Felt secure and safe.
8.0Location was pretty good, if not in a very busy area. Clean.
− Did not have enough blankets, never saw any of the help. They only communicated through texting. We at least like to see someone once when checking in. A bit confused on the city tax. Told us just to leave the cash on the desk in an envelope and gave us one amount and then a different amount another time. Kind of strange.
The entire experience was nothing short of MEMORABLE!!
10.0The location to the Vatican.
− Actually, there was nothing NOT to dislike!!
