− No hot water on arrival. Only 2 tiny towels and 2 hand towels when we booked for 4 adults. Procedure with guards at gate takes far too long. Second bedroom is tiny with double bed shoved up against window so person sleeping that side has to climb over the other to get out in middle of the night. Also no e of the beside lights are plugged in and are therefore not functional.
