Spacious apartment

− Location is different to what was advertised - 500 meters walk from the nearest beach instead of 250m advertised and +30 meters elevation. It might be not suitable for older people. Strange communication style, too complicated and stressful check-in process and what hosts are calling "house rules".

Lo que más nos gustó las vistas al mar. Es un apartamento bastante amplio. Que tenga toallas disponibles para la playa está muy bien. También dispone de gel y champú de baño, así como productos para limpieza.

− No nos gustó la limpieza en general. Tampoco la ropa de cama, incluidas almohadas, ni las toallas del baño, que además de no estar de forma adecuada, no hace falta que sean nuevas a estrenar pero tampoco con el desgaste que tenían, no olían bien. Tiene cosas para reparar que harían la estancia mejor y más cómoda. El parking es en la calle, aparcar cerca depende de la gente que visite la playa ese día. La playa está a unos 10 min andando, el trayecto es pendiente.

Nice apartment but...

Where do I start? The apartment was nice, spacious and had everything we needed as a group of people participating in an advanced diving course. BUT... The location is not as indicated on here. It's much higher up on a steep hill which was difficult for us after challenging deep dives and with heavy equipment. I recommend the owner corrects this. The property advertised having an airport shuttle. When I asked about it, they simply sent the link to one of the commercial shuttle companies and offered no help with the arrangements. That's fine, but don't advertise that you have a shuttle if you don't. Before the trip, we were sent a 16-page document of rules for the property. I had trouble downloading it and asked for a hard copy in the apartment, which was never provided. We were threatened with the police when one of us made a mistake with the alarm system of the property. Much calling and shouting and discussion meant we had to disrupt our training to rush to the property where there was no police, and the mistake was quickly corrected. Just a lot of unnecessary stress. I confirmed the check-out time several times with the manager and the owner as it was early in the morning to make a flight. No one showed up at the time, making me late for my airport transfer and leaving me to figure out where to leave the key and make new arrangements for the return of the security deposit. Like I said, nice apartment but a lot of extra hassle.
