The cleanliness and hygiene of the house can really be improved. There’s dusts and dirt on the couch and bed, spider web

Location,close to station and St Albans

− Grubby, stained sheets down stairs, stained sofa, broken toilet seat and shower head. No hairdryer but owner agreed for us to buy one but not convenient.

Okay, but not great.

Central location. All rooms ensuite.

− Cold. People constantly walk past front room window, so very little privacy. Blinds would help. Limited crockery and cutlery, which were not very clean.
