It had potential but was dissapointing

− Dirty beach - this is not the hotels fault. Poor room facilities ( blocked shower drain, leaking sink tap, shower head that wouldt work, no waste bin, no milk with coffee supplies, deteriorating furniture. On the first night lunch took over 2 hours to come

A slice of Paradise
10.0What a place! This is a little slice of paradise. We stayed at the resort for nearly two weeks and had a fantastic time. It's hard to pinpoint any negatives since the entire experience was so wonderful. However, some areas could use a bit of freshening up, but the level of maintenance was good, and everything was functioning well. Our relationship with the resort began long before we arrived, with follow-up emails providing details and additional information. The seamless airport pickup started it all, and it just kept getting better. The smiling staff at the reception welcomed us and were ready when we arrived. The beach and pool were superb, and we truly enjoyed both. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of plastic on the beach and in the sea, but that is hardly the hotel's fault. The food was excellent, featuring a lot of wonderful local seafood. Our favorite dish was clearly the grilled tiger prawns with prawn rice! Depending on the number of guests at the resort, breakfasts and dinners were served buffet-style. When there were fewer guests, we ordered from a rich menu. Several horses and donkeys wandered around the premises, adding to the atmosphere, and the turtle sanctuary, where hatchings occurred on many days during our stay, was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Finally, I must commend the staff, who can only be described as phenomenal! They were attentive, smiling, and always eager to help. This little slice of paradise has captured our hearts, and we would love to return!
