DO NOT book this property. We made our reservation before leaving on our driving trip, and everything was good. I contacted them a couple of days before our arrival and was given instructions for accessing the property. Upon arrival, we were unable to enter the property. The owner spoke with us via Ring camera, and said we'd canceled our stay. I told the owner we hadn't canceled, so he got the 3rd party management firm he uses on a conference call. That firm claimed our card was declined but couldn't explain why, nor could he explain why we were told two days before that everything was fine. Remember, every time I book on hotels.com, it will not complete the booking if there is a problem with my card. So we were left at 8 PM trying to find a place to stay for the next four nights, with bogus excuses from the 3rd party mgt company. Again, DO NOT book this property.
