9.0Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. I would recommend this place to stay, as long as you have a car.
− Driving distance away from the main shops, restaurants and beach. Air conditioning was very noisy!
The perfect house for a beach getaway!
9.0This is our second time staying at the Downtown Cottage for Spring Break! We love this house, it's the perfect size for us and has everything you could need for a beach trip. Tye house is clean and decorated cute! It has comfy beds and extra linens! It's perfect to walk to local restaurants and shops and very close walking distance to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful- we will definitely be back!
− There were a few things upon check in but nothing major! There was a broken screen door, missing lightbulb, and one of the tv remotes had dead batteries. Adam quickly remedied the situation when I messaged him and everything was great!
Brilliant location with great facilities in downtown Cocoa Beach
9.0The property was clean and comfortable and is in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and restaurants and bars of Cocoa Beach village. Added availability of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas and bodyboards was a bonus. Had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to book again. Excellent communication with the owner, Adam, prior to our stay.
