10.0Extrem Geschmackvolle und komfortable Wohnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Duschkabine, hier müssten dringend mal die Dichtungen an den Türen erneuert werden.

10.0Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles geklappt, die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat an nix gefehlt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz einfach nur super. Wir konnten problemlos mit Bus oder Straßenbahn ins Zentrum fahren oder auch zu Fuß war es nicht weit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Eine komfortable empfehlenswerte Wohnung
9.0Die Wohnung ist warm trotz dem Erdgeschoss, alle Räume sind groß, ruhige Terrasse mit dem Blick zur Natur, einige Kapseln für Kapselkaffeemaschine waren vorhanden, Tabs für Spülmaschine waren auch da, diverse Seifen/Shampoos waren da, usw. Garagen-Stellplatz ist gut und sehr wichtig.
− Zur ÖPNV-Haltestelle muss man ein bisschen bergauf laufen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnungslage "schmales Haus (linke Seite)" war für mich nicht einfach zu verstehen: man geht über die Haus-Außentür rein und dann geradeaus in einem Flur. Beim Müll-Containern vermisste ich Container für Verpackungen, aber der Gastgeber hat am Ende die Mülltrennung übernommen

8.0Boa localização e instalações bem modernas. O estacionamento também foi um ponto super positivo pois estava viajando com duas bicicletas e achei bem seguro
− Como cheguei tarde da noite não pude ser recebida por um anfitrião, o que não foi nenhum problema mas a comunicação e instruções de como encontrar a chave foram em alemão mesmo depois de falar que não falava alemão e a tradução no Google é péssima. Não sei a quantidade de hóspedes estrangeiros são recebidos mas acho que faltou um esforço nesse sentido
