9.0Great location - a stones throw from Rhos on sea and a 10 minute drive to Llandudno. Close to beach cafe and fish and chip shop, and corner shop, only a few minutes drive away. Key box was very easy to use. Very spacious house with plenty of room for our party of 3 adults and 2 children. Cottage was clean and well presented. Beds had crisp white sheets. Complimentary tea/coffee/milk sachets available. Books, children's games and playing cards were available.
− Outside waste and recycling bins were very full, so had difficulty squashing everything in. Not quite enough dishes, for our size of party, to be able to fill up the dishwasher and have other dishes for use. Dustpan and brush would have been useful. We weren't quite sure how to use the digital central heating. It wasn't required, as it was summer, but the heating came on in the morning, and we were roasting. Single room is more suitable to a child due to the narrowness of the bed.

Lovely cottage in a great location to enjoy North Wales.
9.0More spacious than we thought it would be and open plan kitchen / conservatory ideal for our young family. Location is fantastic, with Penrhyn bay beach in sight from the cottage. A well maintained and comfortable property in a quiet street. Local shops within walking distance and short drives to both Llandudno, Rhos on Sea and Colwyn bay enabled us to explore the local area with ease. The one query we had, was promptly answered by our host, Ben. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage a short walk from the beach
8.0Good location, easy parking. Well appointed kitchen though we didn't cook.
− The shower was tiny, though bathroom was large and also had a full size bath. The property has 3 rooms and can accommodate max 5. We were just 3, but I'll leave you to decide if 1 bath is sufficient for 5 people. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor in the laundry area.
Sea view cottage
10.0Location,parking handy for buses to Llandudno and Conwy. Lovely clean cottage,quiet location 2 mins walk to beach , lovely beach cafe on corner of street would highly recommend.We would definitely return.
− Just need a shelf in shower cubicle for shampoo ,soap . Few cushions on couch .
