Perfect for the size of our party staying there. Location was ok. The property were kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early which helped us out a great deal. The team were extremely helpful and communication was great

Nice place for a medium sized group, with a central location. Stayed there for the reggaeland festival

Nice communication from the hosts, good number of beds and good location as well. Towels and soaps were provided as well which is always handy.

− Bathroom door doesn’t lock, and a few half used items in the kitchen/bathroom so can’t be fully sure if they’re safe to use

Close to where we needed to go. After speaking to the host, he was nice and helpful. The property has a lot of potential, but needs some finishes.

− We arrived, but wasn’t given no check in instructions. We tried to call, but no one picked up. We texted the number and on booking.com, but no one answered or returned the calls. After waiting 45 minutes, a woman suddenly came out the house and gave us the key and left without saying anything. All showers and water taps were broken and/or had bad water pressure, water was coming from holes it wasn’t supposed to come from. When we arrived, we had no hot water. We had only 1 fork for 5 people (however, the host was quick to come by with more). The house needs a lot of finishes, it seems like a lot of cheap fixes, and a lot were broken. Beds were no good, you could feel the springs through. The living space is small and there was not a comfortable place to hang out for all 5 of us. The house can host 8 people, but there’s only 4 dining chairs. In the bedroom on the top floor, we couldn’t open the window, and it was the hottest bedroom in the house. We didn’t raise all this with the host, as we didn’t spend much time in the house.

Lots of Space. Clean throughout.

− VERY COLD (7 degrees) as heating was off rather than on a timer! Front window locked open so permanently cold with a bed directly under this window. NO TOILET ROLL NO MINIBAR (as advertised) NO HAIRDRYER BROKEN RADIATIOR IN THE LOFT ROOM GENERALLY VERT TATTY INSIDE

Recommended to younger groups/families.

Convenient for park, river, and town centre at a good price.

− There were no plugs for the drains and the pub opposite was noisy that weekend. Main bathroom door is precariously placed at the top of the stairs; I worried for older relatives with us.
