9.0The property was clean, well-equiped, decorated with nice paintings on the walls, and was close to the promenade and the town centre. Had access to a nice backyard.
− The internet signal was quite low.

− The staff was very rude and unhelpful. When we got lost and called the hotel for directions, one staff member laughed at us instead of helping. The next day, we asked for help arranging a taxi and were told someone would send us a number, but we never received it.
Pleasant stay
6.0Location was excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. I was sharing with a friend and it was great to have a spacious bedroom and bathroom each. Really easy to book and get access to the property. It felt safe and secure. The decor was modern and pleasant. Great access to shops and restaurants. Can highly recommend the full house chinese takeaway nearby.
− Other places I have stayed have provided some tea/coffee but there wasn't anything here, which was a shame as after a long drive a cuppa before having to head out for supplies would have been appreciated. There was a damp smell in the main bathroom and towels were very small. It was a little noisy outside late at night and I found it difficult to sleep. The living and dining area was very cramped, and it was difficult to open the window as it was hard to reach. Sadly we were unable to park near to the property and had to park near the seafront and pay for parking, but from other reviews we expected this. Overall a pleasant stay though.
Great base for a couple of nights to see the local area.
9.0A great spot offering excellent value for money. It’s within easy reach of all the central attractions, and we were able to find on‑street parking close to the property, which made our stay even more convenient.
