Прозорците му са били витрини и няма как да си отвориш пердетата и да влезе светлина, ако не искаш хората от улицата да ти разглеждат цялото помещение. * Спалнята се намира под земята, изглежда е била складово помещение към магазина. Липсват нощни лампи, гардероби и прилична, стабилна закачалка, има една паянтова, с опасност от разпадане, ако не се оперира много внимателно с нея. * Баня - малък параван, мокри помещението извън пространството за къпане. Мократа част няма с какво да бъде подсушена и е възможно да трябва да се ходи по мокра част при друга употреба на банята. Макар и скоро ремонтирано като помещение, някои елементи, като например смесителя в банята са нестабилни и се клатят. Липсва хигиенно кошче. * Някои от лампите са изгорели и не работят.
