Great place to stay and relax with family & friends

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Already booked our return! Still having what I call my “Villa Fay hangover” back home, but my heart’s still there. Getting from Split Airport to the villa took under 40 minutes and the moment we walked in we were speechless. The photos don’t come close to capturing that sea view or the peace of the place. The villa is modern, spotless and feels like a true home away from home. We spent our days swimming, relaxing, making our own barbecue and watching the sunset from the terrace. Nice restaurants and coffee places in the area close by and in old town Omis or Split. We also booked a boat trip from there. Leaving was the hardest part. We’ve already booked again for summer 2026!

Ausstattung und Ausblick.

− Es sind viele Baustellen rundherum. Der Baulärm ab früh morgens hat ein Ausschlafen unmöglich gemacht. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist noch nicht komplett ausgebaut.

Die Aussicht war überragend. Gute Parkplätze und ein sehr schönes Haus.

− Leider war das Haus innen nicht all zu sauber. Außerdem war das ganze Besteck leider dreckig. Zudem war der Pool von Anfang an trüb. Nach 3 Tagen war der Pool fast grün und wir haben immer mit der Gastgeberin gesprochen das der Pool nicht sauber wird. Leider wurde erst etwas unternommen wie wir sauer geworden sind. Als sich um den Pool gekümmert wurde war er ab dort sauber.

Meri our host was so nice and friendly!!, and nice house with everything you need in private with beutiful view!

− It was so hard to jump out and walk somewhere, thw house is on hill and hard to get taxi sometimes, best to have a car if you stay there!

Wonderful villa - if we were able to fully use it!

Fantastic villa with a beautiful modern design, very well equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace/pool area with jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen! Very nice and pleasant owners and lady welcoming us at arrival, very helpful with some special requests like a late checkout at the day of departure…

− All was well with one exception: Due to heavy construction work just in front of the pool terrace (literally 1m away) we were not able to use the terrace and pool area during 5 out of our 8 days of stay and were woken up very morning literally by jackhammers 8m from our dormitory every morning at 7am! In hindsight - for a price of almost 400€ a night - we should have booked a luxury hotel room in or closer to Split, as we had not the privacy one expects by booking a private villa! And judging by the constructions around it is difficult to see this changing short-term!
