A great location for a holiday
9.0The location was great. Close to skate park, BBQS, dog beach and main beach. All within walking distance.
− The Pine trees do drop a lot of pine needles which cover the yard area.
We had a pleasant stay but some things need improvement.

− No privacy. Neighbours can see into most windows of the property. Bbq was dirty and no gas available to use Cockroaches around the house House lacking basic essentials required for a stay eg- a tea towel, dish rack etc Fence needs to be fixed to ensure safety of your furpets.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
