3.0− Meget støj fra gaden. Det er som der ikke er vinduer i lejligheden. Råberi fra fulde personer til langt ud på natten, også på hverdage. Konstant larm fra biler. Ringe badeforhold. Toiletbræt der ikke sidder fast. Ildelugtende skraldespande lige udenfor havedøren (Betonhave)
Dirty property, poor finish, overpriced and unaccommodating hosts.
1.0− We had booked this property as we were attending comic con with our children. The advert for the property looked promising and large enough to accommodate all of us. Cleanliness was a huge issue-the oven was greasy and dirty, hair and dust in all rooms. Empty alcohol bottles in one of the bedrooms, Mould in bathroom and kitchen- including inside the fridge. Toilets were not clean. Evidence of damp, holes cellotaped in the ceiling, old mattresses stacked up in the yard. The Security of the property not good- back door although locked would easily be pushed open. We had a one year old baby with us and a child requiring oxygen with us. I have stated in hostels they are much cleaner than this and paid much much less. The property was not as described and we were incredibly disappointed with the state of the property and the response of the hosts. I attempted to resolve the above with the hosts, who ignored us initially and then wanted to know how they could avoid negative feedback. I suggested some money be refunded, to which they said no. I do not enjoy leaving such negative feedback, but I hope no one else is left in the scenario we were. The irony of this was that they took a deposit from us, no idea why. Thankfully this was refunded, but I had to chase this. AVOID.
Was exactly what we needed for a short stay and very handy for Liverpool
8.0Very clean, tidy, good kitchen facilities , new kitchen bathrooms Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water/towels. Obviously a house that's been bought and then renovated. Close to the tunnel to get into Liverpool
− They was a gap under the front door which does need attending to, in the winter it would be drafty, but I expect it will be finished off
