8.0The location and communication were excellent. The house was able to give us multiple areas for our two families to both gather and spend time apart. Overall it was a cozy space for a chilly October week.
− There were just a few little things missing: hand towels, fitted sheets, a working can opener. Also, the basement dehumidifiers were full and moldy. The fold out couch in the basement was uncomfortable and only large enough for one of our children to sleep on.

Guests are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided upon booking, as well provide us with a copy of your government-issued ID, and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These are required within 3 days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
