− Too hot even with supplied fan with no windows to open. Not comfortable leaving the French entry doors open.
Fabulous, beautiful flowers in the surrounding fields
9.0Not easy to find but directions given were excellent, it was clean and nicely converted.
− Only faults were the lack of windows to open in the hot weather for some air during and the shelving was pitched forward so badly that nothing could be placed on them. I was worried that the TV would slide forward!

2.0It is quite secluded
− This is a Barn conversion as I understand. It has one bedroom and attached toilet the bedroom has no windows and there isn’t any obvious source of ventilation. The temperature was 23° and it was exceptionally stuffy. There is a big floor standing fan provided but all it does is move the stuffy air. I unfortunately had a terrible night and was absolutely unable to sleep because of how stuffy it was especially in the warm weather. I do not think this accommodation is suitable to live in the summer at least due to lack of ventilation facility. One might argue you can keep the door open, but as it is on the ground floor and there is a big field just behind a lot of insects get in and you cannot really keep the door open at night. We also were not able to have any hot drinks in the facility as the kettle provided had green moss growing in it. Though the accommodation was clean the kettle obviously hasn’t been cleaned or used for some time. A very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
