Well located and well laid out, comfortable flat.

− No hot water to sinks. Concerned that we didn’t have a car park permit as required by signs but was ultimately told it wasn’t needed.

− Some issues with cleanliness especially bathroom, wall at WC needed cleaned, all ledges dusty. Food crumbs in top drawer in kitchen. All easily cleaned. Difficulty opening apartment door at times. Key pad quick to link into repeated single digit which obstructed opening.
