Wir konnten die Fahrräder im Innenhof abstellen. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und komfortabel. Das Wasserbett war sehr bequem.

− Die Umgebung der Wohnung war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, da an der Sauberkeit der umliegenden Straßen Handlungsbedarf besteht.

Modern und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit schöner überdachter Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ein kleines Sortiment an Tee, Kaffee und Gewürzen vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

− Das Wasserbett ist nicht jedermanns Sache, da wenig beruhigt. Zu zweit eine ordentliche Schaukelei. Ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Die Schlafcouch ist gut, dafür aber auf der Straßenseite und neben der Hauseingangstür, welche gut zu hören ist. In der ansonsten sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, wäre ein scharfes Messer im Sortiment sehr schön gewesen. Mit keinem der Messer lässt sich eine Scheibe Brot abschneiden. Ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bett ist sehr bequem und es war vollkommen ruhig zum Schlafen. Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe. ÖPNV erreicht man in 10 bis 15 Minuten. Anreise und Abreise verliefen reibungslos. Netter Kontakt.

− Die Fußwege sind in diesem Viertel leider mit auffällig vielen Hundekackhaufen verschmutzt, dafür kann aber die Wohnung nichts.

처음엔 청소가 안되어 당황스러웠는데,,, 이 사실을 호스트가 몰랐던 것이고 이후 그가 와서 너무나 깨끗이 정리하고 청소해줬으며, 그것이 미안하다고 디스카운트도 좀 해 주었습니다. 호스트는 매우 좋은 사람이었고 그의 집은 넓고 편안했습니다 그라운드 층이라서 짐을 옮기기도 편리했고 좋았습니다.
