7.0La bellezza paesaggistica e la lontananza dai rumori cittadini. La disponibilità del personale che ci ha fatto il check in.
− Infissi, sanitari, zanzariere, il fondo della piscina, la doccia della piscina e tutto il verde verde necessitano di maggior manutenzione. Illuminazione appartamento insufficiente. Ventilazione bagno cieco insufficiente. Wi fi intermittente. Pentolame poco assortito. Ulivi e vigneti abbandonati e sommersi da sterpaglie. La fattoria e l'orto non ci sono più. Area lavanderia condominiale, sporca e malmessa. La cappella è abbandonata e sporca. Area esterna sprovvista di corretta illuminazione, occorre spostarsi di sera con torcia.
