8.0The rooms were a good size. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was good and very quiet.
− Needs instructions for the central heating. Could have been cleaner. More/double PowerPoints in bedrooms for charging phones, etc.
This place has the potential to be a great stay, the location is fantastic and there is a good amount of space for three

− Mostly good but the place could be vastly improved with some more attention to detail: Everything could do with a deep clean - lots of dust and cobwebs around, especially around the verandah and in the games room (which was a shame as this was one of the main facilities we were excited to use) - the sunbed in the living room had a lot of crumbs on it - dishwasher was full when we arrived - corners of bedrooms had a fair few cobwebs which got in the way of accessing power boards Beds were quite creaky and pillows were very thin Remote doesn’t work in the main bedroom Hot water system was a little confusing but we managed to figure it out eventually

− The outside was dirty under the pergola it needed a good clean and sweep. The aircon kept cutting out, holes in the fly screens and could do with new blinds in the bedrooms
Pleasant stay, needs to be kept clean and tidy though.
7.0Spacious, quiet area and close to town.
− There was areas of the house that were nor cleaned properly and was a build up of dust/dirt and/or debris. There is a part of the house at the front that is not for use, seems like someone lives there. Not whole house to renting party as explained in the listing.
