9.0This property exceeded expectations. I booked it for my son and his family and they loved everything. They have stayed in Brixham before so knew the area. The views were spectacular. The accommodation in an ideal position. All amenities were good.

8.0The accommodation was beautifully clean and just what we needed.
− Not much chance of close by parking so could be tricky if you have mobility issues(also two flights of stairs) But parking can be provided by the owner a few minutes walk away so not a problem for us.

10.0Beautiful, well appointed and comfortable cottage with all our needs well met, plus a huge & stunning view over Brixham harbour and out into the bay beyond not just from the top floor, but from each one of the three floors.
− Nothing at all. Just be aware of the steep, hilly nature of the town and the many steps in every building.
