10.0The location of the property was very convenient from the train station and also all the major attraction nearby. The ness river is just a 3 min walk and the famous leaky bookstore is literally next door.

9.0It is a very historic location and we are glad we had the opportunity to stay there. So convenient and also fascinating. There were 6 of us ( 3 couples) and it worked out well for us. Backed up to a historic cemetery and church. Made for a fun stay in Inverness.
− As said before, it’s not easy for get togethers - the living room/kitchen are very separate. It worked fine for us as we were only there two nights and out most of the time. The master bedroom has a tub only - no shower.

10.0The location was perfect for accessing all that Inverness has to offer. The unexpected treat was that it is located right next door to Leakey’s bookshop. The retreat is well appointed and the facilities are well maintained.
