5.0− The apartment was cold and a bit damp on arrival.
Host agency demanded a ton of docs and money immediately despite booking via booking.com.
1.0Leaving
− The booking agents and process including yourself. I booked via booking.com not another agency. As soon as I booked I was called by a third party agent demanding all payments and deposits immediately. They also wanted scanned id of all guests. I paid then they cancelled. They eventually rectified. Just too much hassle. Wouldn’t deal with either of you again.

We did not stay do to the problems and tell your company the lady said she was unable to sort it out

− The property was unacceptable to get in do to the very high steps ho climb before we even got in the door the company did say we could not get our money back even the deposit we had to pay in cause we did any damage. How could be cancel a booking before we had seen the property which the lady told us we should have done the day before our trip. A disaster from start to finish the other guess also saw the problem we had. Your lady did not understand what we were going through.
