− Paredes em mau estado, chuveiro não funciona, matei baratas, sem controle do ar condicionado, cama embaixo da escada, no mesanino, escada estreita, em geral deixou muito a desejar

7.0Anfitrião direto e claro, isso é excelente. Apartamento bem cuidado, falta apenas dar atenção para com alguns detalhes pra ficar maravilhoso.
− Mofo interno, baratas, móveis desgastos. A falta de uma limpeza mais detalhada deixa a desejar pra pessoas que são mais alérgicas. Funcionários no ato do check-out (caso necessite postergar por 15/25min - pra tomar um banho ou finalizar de almoçar pra VC que vai pegar voo logo em seguida - são muito rígidos e ficam te incomodando e/ou tratando mal).
