10.0Excellent place to stay. Variety of shops, cafés, near public transport. It's a busy area but the apartment is located at the back, so you are able to sleep well. The host was amazing answering my messages, fully supportive. I will definitely return.

7.0Everything was clear. The apartment is in the heart of the city and was absolutely quiet
− The outside door has with a reinforced glas and room door was missing. That didn't brings us a problem but a little lack of comfort
Very convenient place to stay in the city of Dortmund
8.0The location is perfect. It is in the city with lots of shops and restaurants and a wide pedestrian shopping street. The apartment has lots of space and has a window in every room. The window in the living area is large and lets in light. It’s an old building with some interesting features for those who like old buildings. Good value for the price!! I would stay there again.
− The door lock was missing two screws and only one was holding the lock. It was very scary for me as I was alone. I had to use a door stopper when sleeping. It was also difficult to open from outside as the lock was shifting. I informed the host and I hope he can secure the door.
