Schöne einwöchige Auszeit auf Rügen bei Rugana
7.0Personal ist liebenswert und zuvorkommend und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Alles ist kostenlos (im Preis enthalten). Mini Golf, Sauna, Schwimmbad, Fitness, Kids Club ( ohne Personal zu dieser Zeit) mit Switch sogar, . Alles Bereiche sind sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Der Spielplatz auch super gepflegt und super toll für Kinder. Unser Sohn war sehr happy. Pool, Sauna und der kleine Fitnessbereich waren auch auch top gepflegt. Meer / Strand fast vor der Tür ca. 7 Min. Zufuss Bequeme Betten. Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden nochmal bei Rugana Feriendorf Urlaub machen.
− Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war etwas kühl. Kein Geschirrspüler in der Wohnung. Kids Club leider nicht mit Personal besetzt

9.0− Die zentral geschaltete Heizung ist für den Winter nicht hoch genug eingestellt. Nachdem wir um Erhöhung der Temperatur baten, wurde dies zwar sofort und unkompliziert erledigt, doch die Heizung im Bad blieb weiterhin aus. Insgesamt wurde die Temperatur leider nur geringfügig erhöht, uns war dies insgesamt zu ungemütlich.
