1.0Üldiselt ma armastan väikseid privaatseid majutuskohti. Aga selle kohaga ei jõudnud tutvuda, kuna segas tugev haisuhäiring.
− 1.6.2026. Korteris oli saabudes kohutav kanalisatsiooni hais, mis ei vähenenud ka peale trappidesse vee kallamist ja 5-tunnist tuulutamist, mil külastasime teatrietendust. Plaanisime jääda piirkonda veel üheks päevaks, aga peale etendust selgus, et ei ole võimalik korteris viibida ja me sõitsime ära, teavitades sellest koheselt ka korterivaldajat. Tema arvates polnud korteris mingit lõhna ja see 5-tunnine korteri tuulutamise aeg oli siiski korteri kasutamine. Hüvitiseks 9.72€ reisiraha Bookingult. Hea diil ;) Vanu arvustusi lugedes on näha, et haisuprobleem on pikaajaline ja sellega pole tegeldud. Nii et ettevaatust!

10.0Мы жили две ночи и три дня вчетвером [двое взрослых и двое детей]. Чисто, уютно. Удобные кровати. Для детей был целый ящик Лего. На кухне было всё необходимое, чтобы готовить завтраки и ужины. На первом этаже вечером прохладно, но благодаря батареям за 15 минут смогли сделать подходящую температуру.
− Не хватало крыжек на кастрюльки. На первом этаже периодически ощущался запах из канализации. Но он был не всегда.
