− The couch was broken when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until the evening we left so we couldn’t sit down in the lounge area for the entire stay.

The management were overbearing and demanding with their requests, 12 messages in less than 2 weeks, also worth noting we had to supply everyones name and age 3 other mobile phone numbers,no visitors allowed.$1000 dollar deposit should be visible before booking. There were 6 of us, one 3 seat couch? Didn't sit on it but claimed it was broken. Refunded deposit but took it again, 2 weeks later, no explanation and no deposit, they will not communicate. DON'T DO IT. Also messaged to put their bin out for collection. They demand alot but fail at basic respect.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, easy to communicate with, and always responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was seamless, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was exactly as described—neat, well-maintained, and in a great location. It’s clear the hosts take pride in providing a high standard of hospitality. We really appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable accommodation experience!

Rooms were large. As it was new, it was very clean.

− Most convoluted check-in and booking process I have ever had with this platform. Additional $1000 security deposit is excessive. Means of taking security also feels like it could be a scam. Had to ring the number provided, which went to an overseas number. Hmmm. Followed through, and got number but then had to provide additional info on all guests and 3 mobile numbers. Then finally got the code for the door. House itself is nice and met our needs. Needs ironing board and additional seating if you intend on having the 8 people you say can be hosted. Also, it says no children are allowed, but there is a portable cot and high chair upstairs. Mixed messages. Equally, you asked us to dispose of rubbish but gave no instructions on where to access wheely bins. Had to use one out the front and not sure who it belonged to. Communication methods need to be vastly improved if you are going to make this a successful holiday rental.
