Tranquilidad y un lugar acogedor donde disfrutar de las vacaciones.
10.0El apartamento es muy acogedor, está muy limpio y está en un barrio y enclave muy tranquilo para descansar. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes en todo momento de nuestra estancia y han sido muy amables. Es una comunidad muy silenciosa además de que el apartamento está insonorizado y no se oye nada. El barrio y la localización nos ha gustado mucho, con la invasión turística de la isla allí conectas muy bien con la población tinerfeña. Se encuentra junto a la zona protegida del Malpaís que es un paseo y enclave precioso. Puertito de Guímar es una localidad pequeña en la que nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto.

Uma pérola escondida!
10.0O Daniel foi extremamente atencioso, deixando-nos tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia de 4 dias. Nota-se que tudo faz para bem receber os seus hóspedes. O apartamento está equipado com tudo o que é necessário, desde cotonetes até protetor solar, passando por café e água. Está bem cuidado e é bem insonorizado. Perto há supermercados e todos os serviços necessários a uma estadia tranquila. Se pretender, pode estacionar o carro e deslocar-se sempre a pé. Estacionar nas redondezas é fácil e seguro. O apartamento está localizado a uma curta distância a pé do puertito de Güìmar - uma gigante "piscina natural" ao ar livre! Nessa praça há também vários restaurantes onde se pode comer bem.

8.0Квартира просторная, есть вся необходимая посуда, мебель и техника, кроме кондиционера, полотенца, косметические принадлежности. Приятный бонус - капсулы для кофемашины, сладости и бутылки с водой. Есть стиральная машина, но она в плохом состоянии и находится на крыше. Не первая линия, но недалеко от пляжа. Рядом кафе и магазины. Есть подземная парковка, но там все очень узкое, для начинающего водителя может быть проблемой. Понятная инструкция по заселению.
− На сайте было указано, что цена парковки составит 50 € за весь период проживания (мы жили 16 дней), но по приезду оказалось, что 8 € в день (это 128 €). Позже нам оставили прежнюю цену (50 €), но оплату нужно было внести на счёт. Нет кондиционера, иногда было душно, можно открыть все окна, но тогда очень большой сквозняк. Неудобный матрас и подушки.
