The only positive aspect of this property is the location — it is convenient and close to the beach and local attractions.

− Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by ongoing demolition and construction works in the building. We were not informed about this in advance. From early morning there was extremely loud noise — walls were being broken. The noise was so strong that we could not rest or even speak normally inside the apartment. Dust was coming through the windows. The works continued for several days, including Saturday. In addition, there was a problem with electricity in the apartment. We reported it, but it was not properly resolved during our stay. Being without stable electricity while traveling with a child and a family member with health issues is unacceptable. We chose this apartment for a quiet family holiday, but instead we were forced to leave during the day because it was impossible to stay inside due to the noise. Guests should be informed in advance about major construction works. Unfortunately, this situation ruined our holiday experience.

Only the location cause it’s close to the sea

− First of all, the view from the apartment is terrible — it overlooks an unfinished, half-ruined building. The whole complex is in awful condition: dark, dirty, with garbage bins and broken things around. You have to walk through this area to reach the apartment, and honestly, it feels scary and unsafe. There’s a club nearby that plays extremely loud music until midnight — it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. There’s no parking next to the building; you have to leave your car on a public parking lot near the port, close to the castle. The apartment itself is very small, with old windows that let in all the noise. It was cold inside, no blankets were provided, and the air conditioner barely worked. There was a strong bleach smell coming from the fridge. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable, with springs sticking out, and the small table was shabby and scratched all over. Overall, a terrible experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Χωρίς ανσανσέρ, λερωμένα πατώματα, έσταζαν νερά έξω απο το απίτι, βρωμια και δυσοσμία όταν άνοιγες τα παραθυρα, θόρυβος από τους κομπρεσόρους των κλιματιστικών έξω από τα δωμάτια.

The place is situated in the perfect place close to everything. Has everything you need just not for 6 people definitely only 4.

− A little tight for 6 people but overall not bad.
