9.0Excellent contact with the agency. A representative was waiting for us at the entrance and showed us the apartment and amenities. Very responsive to messages. The apartment is spacious, in a safe and quiet area, with restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. Buses to the city center are close by and the subway is a 5-10 minute walk away. The agency provides a free cleaning service for the apartment and changes the sheets every 5-7 days. Great air conditioning and excellent wifi!
− This is not a negative comment, but rather a piece of information: the apartment has an elevator, but the street is quite steep and uneven, and access to the ground floor is via a staircase with 8-10 steps at the entrance. Please be aware if one of the guests is in a wheelchair.

Great stay close to city center.
10.0Big spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, good bathroom. The bedrooms were also comfy with air conditioner. There's metro line m3 close, so it's really convenient to come to/from airport and for general travel across the city. Host was responsive and kind.
