8.0Localização excelente e apartamento muito espaçoso. O ar condicionado funciona bem e tivemos um tratamento muito especial do/a proprietário/a, que guardou nossas malas enquanto fizemos uma viagem para outras regiões.
− A qualidade do ap é realmente muito boa. Só o cheiro de tubulação que há nos banheiros durante a noite que não é muito agradável. Acredito que não seja por falta de limpeza, mas sim em razão de oprédio ser antigo, pq o ap é realmente limpo. Sem esse cheiro de tubulação a noite seria perfeito.

9.0A very safe and secure property, and a great home base to explore Manaus and the Amazon! The property is nicely styled and very spacious, and we loved the balcony views. The kitchen was good (although we suggest some more cooking utensils would be helpful!). Everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine was great. The location is convenient to get to places you want, the bus is right out the front, the port area and historic area are walking distance or it’s affordable to uber around. The communication from the hosts were excellent. The security guards on site were lovely!
− A couple of minor things - recommend additional cooking utensils (there was only one very small wooden spoon - so other mixing spoons, egg flipper and tongs would be useful). The bed was maybe a bit small for two tall people. We would stay again :)

10.0The customer service was amazing. We faced a small issue at entry and the owner and the cleaner fixed it straight away and were super nice throughout the stay.
