Supposed a good apartment but unfortunately negatively impacted by mistake made by cleaning company amd inability to fix

− One bedsheet and quilt cover missing (subsequently found out these were still wet in the washing machine), hair dryer missing and it took 2 days before these items were re supplied and I needed to keep calling and follow up with the cleaning company.
I would only stay there again if I was by myself. It is not a place for 3 people.
6.0Great location. Easy to walk to the centre of Staines. There was adequate parking for our needs. The place was very secure.
− I didn't realise how small the apartment was. The sofa bed was broken, but the owner changed it after the first night. The new sofa bed was small and cheap. It also looked used. Most of the kitchenware in the drawers appears old and worn. In need of replacement.

10.0Velmi dobrá zkušenost. Hostitelé komunikují bleskově a jsou ochotní s čímkoliv pomoct. Lokalita je skvělá, zejména pokud chcete do zábavního parku Thorpe Park. Thorpe Park je opravdu nářez, horské dráhy totální šílenost. Jistě jeden z nejlepších na světě. Ale i pokud Vás děsí přelidněný Londýn, je toto ubytování v pohodovém klidném městečku se sámoškou otevřenou 7 až 23 a nonstop mekáčem, odkud Vám každých 15 minut jede vlak na London Waterloo, a dvakrát za hodinu na druhou stranu vždycky jeden do Windsoru a druhý do Readingu. Byt je zcela vybavený. Pro tři už možná maličko malý, ale za tu cenu, kdo by to nevzal. Wifi jela jako drak.

Perfect small flat for a few days
8.0Superb Location for Thorpe Park. Secure Underground reserved parking was amazing. Secure entry and quiet building. Nice sized space, well decorated and well equipped kitchen. Gorgeous bathroom and shower.
− No drinking glasses or oven trays. Blinds didn’t have cords so couldn’t open them, and behind them hadn’t been cleaned. No drawers in the bedroom, unstable bedside table and not enough hangers.
